Cancellation and Refund Policy

Important Information

BaksPro AI service is a digital service that is instantly performed electronically and is subject to special withdrawal right conditions. Details are explained below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:

Withdrawal Right Can Be Used

If the service has not yet started, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the contract is established without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Right Cannot Be Used - BaksPro AI Service

According to Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, "services performed instantly in electronic environment" are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The following situations mean that the BaksPro AI service has been performed:

  • Clicking the "Create Project" button and viewing the AI output
  • Creating a project proposal using credits
  • Displaying content generated by AI on screen

Note: In cases where AI output cannot be obtained due to technical problems, the used credit is refunded or a new usage right is granted.

2. Cancellation Procedure

2.1 Cancellation Before Service Starts

  • Written application must be made to info@baksora.com
  • Application must be made within 14 days
  • The paid amount is refunded within 10 business days from the receipt of the request
  • Refund is made according to the payment method used

2.2 BaksPro AI Service Cancellation/Refund

  • Single Project: No refund after AI output is created. Full refund if output cannot be obtained due to technical problems.
  • Credit Package: Partial refund can be requested for unused credits. The remaining amount is refunded after deducting the used credit amount.
  • Credit Validity: Purchased credits do not expire, but if a refund is requested, the application must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. Refund Method

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunded to your credit card through the bank. Refund time may vary depending on your bank (usually 5-10 business days).
  • Wire/EFT Payments: Refunded via wire/EFT to the IBAN number you provide.
  • Installment Payments: Installment cancellation is processed through your bank.

4. Special Cases

Force Majeure

In case the service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, the parties reach a solution through mutual agreement.

Dissatisfaction with Service Quality

Please immediately report your complaints about service quality to info@baksora.com. Your request will be evaluated within 48 hours and a solution will be offered.

BaksPro AI Technical Issues

In case a project proposal cannot be created due to AI system errors (server outage, timeout, incomplete output, etc.), the used credit is refunded or a new usage right is granted. Technical problem reports must be made within 24 hours.

6. Dispute Resolution

For disputes regarding cancellation and refund, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts are authorized for amounts exceeding these limits.
