Article 1 - Parties

1.2 Buyer Information

The name, surname, title (if any), address, telephone, and email information declared by the Buyer during the order will be taken as basis.

Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the service, the characteristics of which are specified in Article 3, which the Buyer ordered electronically from the website bakspro.com belonging to the Seller, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 - Services Subject to the Agreement

3.1 BaksPro AI Service

BaksPro AI is an AI-powered Erasmus+ project proposal writing assistant. Credit-based pricing:

  • Starter (Free): 50 credits, basic AI generation, 5 language support
  • Basic (₺499): 200 credits, advanced AI generation, 15 language support
  • Professional (₺1,499): 750 credits, Tri-Layer RAG Engine, 33 languages, EU Policy Search
  • Enterprise (₺4,999): 3,000 credits, custom AI training, API access, team management

Credit usage: KA1 project 25 credits, KA210 project 50 credits, KA220 project 100 credits. Prices include VAT and current prices at the time of order apply.

Article 4 - Nature and Limits of the Service (CRITICAL ARTICLE)

4.1. The services provided by BaksPro AI are Erasmus+ project proposal writing, AI-assisted content generation, and project development assistance.

4.2. Nature of AI Outputs:

The content generated by BaksPro AI is AI-assisted suggestions and drafts. It does not write the project text from scratch; it only provides guidance, template support, and AI-assisted suggestions.

4.3. Grant Guarantee:

The Seller aims for AI outputs to comply with EU criteria; however, it does not guarantee that the project will be accepted by the National Agency or the EU Commission or receive a grant. The grant decision is at the discretion of independent evaluators. The Buyer accepts that they cannot request a fee refund in case of "no grant".

4.4. User Responsibilities:

  • a) The generated content must be reviewed, edited, and enriched with institutional information by the Buyer.
  • b) AI outputs cannot be used directly as an application form; they should only be considered as a starting point and source of inspiration.
  • c) The Seller does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content generated by AI.
  • d) The Buyer is solely responsible for the results of applications made using AI outputs.

Article 5 - Confidentiality and Intellectual Property (TRUST ARTICLE)

5.1. The Buyer's project idea, institutional data, and strategies are considered "Trade Secrets" and are absolutely not shared with third parties by the Seller.

5.2. BaksPro AI infrastructure, Tri-Layer RAG Engine, and training content are the intellectual property of Baksora Technology. The Buyer cannot copy, reproduce, or sell these materials to other institutions.

5.3. Project proposals created by the Buyer with AI are the property of the Buyer and cannot be used by the Seller.

Article 6 - Service Period and Delivery

  • 6.1. BaksPro AI service is activated immediately after payment approval.
  • 6.2. Subscription plans are renewed monthly. They continue automatically unless cancelled.
  • 6.3. Technical maintenance and updates are announced in advance.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

7.1. According to Article 15(ğ) of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation; "Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7.2. The Buyer accepts in advance that from the moment they create a project proposal with BaksPro AI, the service will be deemed to have been performed and they cannot exercise their right of withdrawal.

7.3. If the AI service has not yet been used, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the order date.

Article 8 - Payment

  • 8.1. Payments are made through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.
  • 8.2. Credit card, debit card, and wire/EFT payments are accepted.
  • 8.3. Installment payment options are available.

Article 9 - Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce each year, and Kastamonu Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes exceeding this value.

Article 10 - Validity

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon making the payment for the order placed on the site.
